Located just minutes from the famous beach and the iconic mermaid stone statue, the property features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely outdoor area perfect for relaxing or spending time with family. Guests also have access to the shared pool, ideal for cooling off after a beach day and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the area.

The villa features 3 cozy bedrooms. Two of them offer a comfortable full-size bed, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The master bedroom includes a spacious king-size bed and direct access to the backyard area, a peaceful space ideal for resting and enjoying the surroundings.

We respect our guests’ privacy, but we are always just a phone call away. For any questions, recommendations, or emergencies, we are available to assist you and make sure you have the best possible experience during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire property, including all common areas and available amenities during their stay. The only restricted area is a locked closet located in one of the bedrooms, which will not be accessible to guests.

One small pet (under 15 kg) is allowed for an additional fee. Smoking is not permitted inside the property

ELECTRICITY CHARGES: There will be no extra charge if electricity usage stays under 40 kWh per day. This is easy to maintain by turning off the air conditioners when rooms are not in use or when leaving the villa. We will take a meter reading at check-in and another at check-out. Any usage over 40 kWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per additional kWh. This amount will be requested through Airbnb under the Security Deposit claim procedure.

Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before check-in, we issue a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days before the check-in date. After that time, the guest will receive a 50% refund if they cancel within 7 days of check-in. After this period the guest will not receive any refund.
