The private pool is surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees, creating a serene,
secluded oasis just steps from nature. Wildlife like monkeys, toucans, and sloths often
make surprise appearances!
Inside, you’ll find cozy bedrooms with fresh linens, a comfortable living area, and
thoughtful touches throughout. The upstairs master suite opens onto a private balcony
overlooking lush jungle hills—ideal for reading, yoga, or stargazing. Whether you are here
to surf, explore, or simply unwind, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and

Guest Interaction
We give our guests plenty of privacy to relax and enjoy the pura vida lifestyle, but we’re
always close by and happy to help! If you need recommendations for local adventures,
help spotting wildlife, or assistance with anything in the home, we’re just a message
away via Airbnb. Whether it’s your first time in Costa Rica or your tenth,
we’re here to make your stay unforgettable.
Getting Around
The home is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach—less than 15 mins
by foot. Most guests find it easiest to get around by rental car, especially for exploring
nearby towns, waterfalls, and local restaurants. There’s free parking on the property and
can accommodate 2-3 vehicles.
The nearest bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away and offers routes to Jaco,
Quepos, and San José.
Access
Guests have access to the entire property including the laundry room in the
outside bodaga with the exception of two small inside bodagas downstairs where we
keep supplies.
Notes
Wildlife sightings (monkeys, toucans, sloths) are common—observe and be
careful! Enjoy deep conversations with the monkeys.
Waking up early is the best time to join the monkey’s business meetings.
A car is recommended for local travel, please drive slowly through the
neighborhood.
Wi-Fi is strong.
Use outdoor showers to keep sand out of the pool

Cancellation Policy
Firm
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before check-in, we issue a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days before the check-in date. After that time, the guest will receive a 50% refund if they cancel within 7 days of check-in. After this period the guest will not receive any refund.
