You can find peace and quiet on the yoga deck above the waterfall over one end of the pool or relax and read a book in the patio area at the other end of the pool. For the family that wants space and luxury this is the perfect home.

The beach is a short five minute walk but a car is recommended to take advantage of all of the activities and sites in the area.

Garage parking is available at the home and multiple outdoor parking places as well.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
Cancellation Policy
Firm
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before check-in, we issue a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days before the check-in date. After that time, the guest will receive a 50% refund if they cancel within 7 days of check-in. After this period the guest will not receive any refund.
