This beautiful home is just steps away from the picturesque Playa Bejuco, and is ideal for either families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Two spacious bedrooms with one Queen and one King bed and a third bedroom with two Twin beds provide enough space for the whole family.
The Space
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
Guest Interaction
We like our guests to enjoy their privacy but we are always available to assist or answer any questions.
Getting Around
A car is best but there is a large retail center with grocery, restaurants, bars just about a mile away. Also, the public bus stop is less than a mile away on the Costanera.
Access
This is for the entire house. You also will enjoy access to all of the subdivision's amenities - two resort style swimming pools, bbq area, rancho. The backyard also has a rancho and bbq.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before check-in, we issue a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days before the check-in date. After that time, the guest will receive a 50% refund if they cancel within 7 days of check-in. After this period the guest will not receive any refund.
