The Space
The master bedroom is cozy and comfortable, featuring a queen-size bed, a mini TV, a private bathroom, and direct access to the backyard area, perfect for relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere.
The second bedroom is ideal for family members or children, offering two single beds and a closet for added convenience. The second bathroom is located in a shared area and can also be used by guests or visitors.

Access
Guests will have full access to the entire villa, including the private pool, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor relaxation area, parking for 1 vehicle, and all property amenities. The residential community also features a shared pool that guests are welcome to use at any time during their stay. There are no prohibited items inside the property; we only ask guests to take care of the facilities and respect basic community rules.
Notes
A maximum of 1 small pet (under 15 kg) are allowed for an additional fee. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES: There will be no extra charge if electricity usage stays under 40 kWh per day. This is easy to maintain by turning off the air conditioners when rooms are not in use or when leaving the villa. We will take a meter reading at check-in and another at check-out. Any usage over 40 kWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per additional kWh. This amount will be requested through Airbnb under the Security Deposit claim procedure.

Cancellation Policy
Firm
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before check-in, we issue a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days before the check-in date. After that time, the guest will receive a 50% refund if they cancel within 7 days of check-in. After this period the guest will not receive any refund.
