Villa Tuanis is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests looking for a beach getaway. It features 3 comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen for quality family time. The villa includes a private pool plus access to a shared community pool, along with relaxing outdoor spaces to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Jardines del Pacífico, just minutes from Playa Bejuco.

The villa features two cozy bedrooms on the main floor, each equipped with a comfortable full-size bed and access to a shared bathroom.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor, offering a more private and spacious atmosphere with a large king-size bed, an oversized private bathroom, and a small balcony perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

We respect our guests’ privacy, but we are always just a phone call away. For any questions, recommendations, or emergencies, we are available to assist you and make sure you have the best possible experience during your stay.

Guests will have full access to the entire villa, including the private pool, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor relaxation area, parking for 2 vehicles, and all property amenities. The residential community also features a shared pool that guests are welcome to use at any time during their stay. There are no prohibited items inside the property; we only ask guests to take care of the facilities and respect basic community rules.

One pet under 15 kg is allowed for an additional fee. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

ELECTRICITY CHARGES: There will be no extra charge if electricity usage stays under 40 kWh per day. This is easy to maintain by turning off the air conditioners when rooms are not in use or when leaving the villa. We will take a meter reading at check-in and another at check-out. Any usage over 40 kWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per additional kWh. This amount will be requested through Airbnb under the Security Deposit claim procedure.

Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before check-in, we issue a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days before the check-in date. After that time, the guest will receive a 50% refund if they cancel within 7 days of check-in. After this period the guest will not receive any refund.
