Only 1.5 hours from San Jose, 20 minutes from Jaco, 45 minutes from Quepos.
The Space
3 bedroom 2 bath. Large living area and a sofa bed. Fully appointed kitchen. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. Very large lot with an amazing saltwater pool.

ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.20 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
Getting Around
There is a public bus stop at the Costanera where Esterillos Road intersects.
Access
You will access to the entire property except for the separate garage and the master closet(owner keeps locked with their personal belongings).

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before check-in, we issue a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days before the check-in date. After that time, the guest will receive a 50% refund if they cancel within 7 days of check-in. After this period the guest will not receive any refund.
