We prefer to give our guests their privacy but we are only a phone call away for anything you may need. Our team all lives in the are and our office is located at the Esterillos Town Center - only 1 km away.
Getting Around
This is all flat terrain and no need for 4x4. The community has paved roads as well as the road leading to the neighborhood from the Highway. There is a bus stop less than a KM away on the highway.
Notes
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.20 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
Cancellation Policy
Firm
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before check-in, we issue a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days before the check-in date. After that time, the guest will receive a 50% refund if they cancel within 7 days of check-in. After this period the guest will not receive any refund.
